Norman Minor, Director

Norm Minor serves the firm as director. He has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of employee benefits, including basic benefits and special executive benefits. His papers to a wide range of audiences clarify virtually all employee benefit topics. He has made presentations to congressional committees and federal agencies and was invited to participate in a Presidential round table discussion.
Norm holds degrees in mathematics, philosophy and law from Holy Cross College and Suffolk University. He is both an actuary and an attorney; he was awarded designations in the American Academy of Actuaries, the Society of Actuaries and the Conference of Actuaries, and was an Enrolled Actuary under federal law.
Denise Minor, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Treasurer
Denise Minor serves the firm as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Treasurer and is currently in charge of special projects, including new developments in the field, training and presentations. Denise has over 25 years of experience in all areas of employee benefits.
Denise holds degrees in actuarial science from St. John's University and law from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Managements from Boston University. Denise is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, at the federal level and before the United States Supreme Court. She has earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Denise is a frequent speaker before professional groups and has taught Certified Employee Benefits Specialist courses and college courses in employee benefits, human resources and business law. She has helped many non-profits form and prosper and is involved with the Sutton Senior Center in Massachusetts, providing pro bono legal services for the Center for Women and Enterprise in MA.
David Peck, Founder & President

Dave Peck serves the firm as President and Director. He has 25 years of experience in retirement benefits consulting, from defined benefit and defined contribution plans to executive plans as well as post-retirement medical and life insurance plans.
Dave holds degrees in mathematics and physics from the University of Connecticut. He is an Enrolled Actuary and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and American Society of Pension Actuaries.
Eugene Power, Managing Director

Gene Power joined the firm in 1997 and currently serves as its Managing Director. He has over 30 years of experience in all areas of employee benefits. His extensive understanding of the design, administration and valuation of all types of benefits plans and programs has qualified him as a recognized expert in federal court proceedings and before federal mediators.
Gene holds degrees in mathematics and chemistry from St. Lawrence University and has completed graduate studies in mathematics at Fairfield and Bridgeport Universities. He is an Enrolled Actuary and a member of both the American Academy of Actuaries and the American Society of Pension Actuaries. Gene is heavily involved with several charitable support groups and the Appalachian Mountain Club.
Steve Villella, Vice President and Health & Welfare Practice Leader

Steve Villella serves the firm as Vice President and Health & Welfare Practice Leader. He has been with the firm since its inception in 1996. He has 20 years of experience in all aspects of employee benefits and is expert in medical claims analysis. He is a frequent speaker at employee benefit conferences.
Steve holds a degree in actuarial science from the University of Connecticut. He has earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, awarded jointly by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Fellow of the International Society of CEBS.
Steve is a former Board member for the Greater Boston Chapter of the ISCEBS and has also served as a Board Member for the National ISCEBS Professional Development Committee. Steve is a member of Business Resource Network www.brnbiz.com.
Gregg Richter, Vice President

Gregg Richter serves the firm as Vice President. He has been with the firm since 1997. He has been working with companies and government organizations to design and administer their retirement benefits for over 25 years.
Gregg has a degree in mathematics from the University of Northern Iowa. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conferences of Consulting Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and he is an Enrolled Actuary.
Monica Lewis, Principal

Monica Lewis is a Principal with the firm’s health and welfare practice team. She has more than 25 years experience in benefits management and consulting, handling a wide range of health, welfare, and retirement programs. Monica has been with Touchstone since 1998.
Monica holds an undergraduate degree from Boston College, as well as an MBA from Boston University. She has earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, awarded jointly by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and she has been designated a Certified Benefits Professional by World at Work. She serves as a national on-line instructor for CEBS
Jessica Mara, Senior Consultant

Jessica Mara is a senior consultant with the firm's health and welfare practice team and has been with the firm since 2001. She has extensive experience with claims analysis and plan design for all types of health and welfare plans, including Multi-Employer funds.
Jessica holds a degree in economics from Providence College and a master’s degree in human resources management from Boston University. She has also earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, awarded jointly by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is the immediate past-president of the Massachusetts chapter of the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network.
