The Staff of Touchstone Consulting Group

Norman Minor -- Director
Norm Minor is a director of the firm. He has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of employee benefits, ranging from basic to highly complex plans. He has delivered papers to a wide range of audiences, both business and professional, on virtually all employee benefit topics. He has made presentations to congressional committees and federal agencies and was invited to participate in a presidential round table discussion. Norm holds degrees in mathematics, philosophy and law from Holy Cross College and Suffolk University. He is both an actuary and an attorney, and he is a member of the appropriate actuarial and legal associations.

David Peck -- President
Dave Peck serves the firm as president and director. He has more than 20 years of experience in retirement benefits consulting, from defined benefit and defined contribution plans to executive plans. He is also knowledgeable in other benefits areas, including post-retirement medical and life valuations. Dave holds degrees in mathematics and physics from the University of Connecticut. He is an Enrolled Actuary and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and American Society of Pension Actuaries.

Eugene Power -- Managing Director
Gene Power is the managing director of the firm. He has over 25 years of experience in all areas of employee benefits. He is a recognized expert on employee benefits matters in federal courts and before federal mediators. He has had extensive experience in the design, administration and valuation of plans. Gene holds degrees in mathematics and chemistry from St. Lawrence University and has completed graduate studies in mathematics at Fairfield and Bridgeport Universities. He is an Enrolled Actuary and a member of both the American Academy of Actuaries and the American Society of Pension Actuaries.

Steve Villella -- Vice President and Health & Welfare Practice Leader
Steve Villella is Vice President and Health & Welfare Practice Leader of the firm. He has about 15 years of experience in all aspects of employee benefits and a specialty in medical claims experience analysis. Steve holds a degree in actuarial science from the University of Connecticut. He has earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, awarded jointly by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and is a Fellow of the Internation Society of CEBS.

Gregg Richter -- Vice President
Gregg Richter serves the firm as Vice President. He has more than 20 years of experience, working with companies and government organizations in the design and administration of their retirement programs. Gregg has a degree in mathematics from the University of Northern Iowa. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Conferences of Consulting Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and he is an Enrolled Actuary.

Denise Minor -- Chairman of the Board of Directors
Denise Minor serves the firm as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and is in charge of special projects, including new developments in the field, training and presentations. She has more than 20 years of experience in all areas of employee benefits. Denise is a frequent speaker before professional groups, has taught Certified Employee Benefits Specialist courses and college courses in employee benefits, human resources and business law. Denise holds degrees in actuarial science and law from St. John's University and the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. She also holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Managements from Boston University. She has earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation awarded jointly by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, at the federal level and before the United States Supreme Court.

Monica Lewis -- Senior Consultant
Monica Lewis is a senior consultant with the firm’s health and welfare practice team. She has more than 15 years experience in benefits management and in consulting in health, welfare and retirement programs. Monica holds an undergraduate degree from Boston College, as well as an MBA from Boston University. She has earned the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, awarded jointly by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and she has been designated a Certified Benefits Professional by World at Work. She serves as a national on-line instructor for CEBS.

Jessica Mara -- Consultant
Jessica Mara is a consultant with the firm's health & welfare practice team. She holds a degree in economics from Providence College, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) designations awarded jointly by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Tom Chapman -- Manager, Information Technologies
Tom Chapman serves the firm as a computer application programmer. He also heads up the firm's IT group. Tom and his group have the capability of providing clients with flexible, custom-designed software, such as benefit calculation/actuarial equivalence programs, benefit projection programs, and scenario analysis programs for use by employees and/or HR staff.
